• Reduced time updating, should improve battery usage.(minor)
• Fixed time switching bug, should work when you change timezones etc.
• Added 24hr time
• should no longer get 907 download errors
• Setting the background picture should be easier, it now just takes a screenshot of the image. This should make it easier for people that were trying to use large images and wasnt working. This should solve a lot of the picture problems. What you see on the screen is what you get, so if you zoom on a img etc.
• Made the password entry screen nicer.
• Support for Black or White text incase you have a black backround or white.(under options)

My hosting provider switched IP addresses and I had some DNS issues. That is why the site was down the last day or so.

I have updated Slider, fixed some bugs where sometimes it didn’t hide when locked.  Overall it should be a lot cleaner. Let me know how it works.

I have added a 3rd party application section. This is for anyone that wants to list their app on my site.

My friend Justin has posted the first application. Mileage Calculator go check it out!

Slider – I have decided to add a keypad based lock to Slider.You will be able to set the password via the options. Hopefully I will have this done within the week depending on how busy I am.

Drinks - Looking ahead I am going to work on Drinks again. I plan on introducing a rating system on the device only and the ability to add drinks from the device. This might take some time so it might not be done for a while. Hopefully this will increase the usage I would really like to grow the list of drinks listed.

I have begun work on a 3rd app a few weeks ago, this is mostly for myself. I will post some screenshots sometime soon to see if there is any interest.

Slider upgraded to version 1.3

I have added the following changes.

• Fixed the slide bar so that when the app is closing you dont see it return to the start if sound is disabled
• Added an option to disable Slider from entering the foreground while in a phone call

Well as you can see I have switched FreeBBApp to using Wordpress. I hope you like the new site and are ok with the layout. If anyone has any problems shoot me an email, I will do my best to help.

Installed Wordpress today, looks like everything is up and running ok. With the new Wordpress application for BlackBerry it should be a lot easier to maintain my site. I have added Slider, Orientation Lock and Drinks to the right. They are available for download.
